"What is a Boudoir Party?"

The perfect alternative to the usual girls’ night out!Hosting a party is a crazy amount fun and offers the perfect alternative to the usual ‘girls night out’. 

Come, hang out, eat & drink, get sexy-fied with great hair and make-up, then have a private boudoir photo shoot with a professional photographer.

A boudoir party is like a jewelry or chef’s party: just with less cheesiness. You don’t have to worry about your home being clean for your guests, because you have the option of having it at a hotel. Perfect for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, divorce parties or just because!
            

I want to host a party! Awesome! 

All you need to do is get a few girls (5 at minimum) to join in the fun.  I can custom an invite specifically designed for you and your friends.  Once they decide they want to book, a 50% deposit for each girl is due to reserve the party.           How much does it cost?                   Participating in Boudoir parties is a great way to have a Boudoir session at a lower price than a single session.  

A boudoir shoot includes:

•    your choice of edited digital images (print rights included)
•    professional make-up session
•    30 minute private photo session (2 outfit changes)
•    props and backdrops
•    wine or your signature martini
•    cheese and crackers
•    private online image gallery 

 

What should I bring?

Lingerie is a personal choice, but the one recommendation I have -- Wear what you feel great in! If you feel uncomfortable in what you are wearing, it will show. These are always good choices to bring along:

• Bra and panty set/corset.
• Cheeky boy shorts
• Heels!
• Stockings/garter
• Doing this for your significant other? Bring something of theirs...a tie, their guitar or their sports jersey :)

 

What about my makeup?

The make-up artist will have make-up to choose from, but you will need to bring lip color and mascara.If you would like to bring your own foundation and any specific eye colors, you are more than welcome to. The make-up session lasts about 20 minutes or so.

What can I expect during my session?

Simply put, I hope you have fun! Your session will last 30 mins which is enough time for 2 outfit changes. Being nervous is completely normal, once we start shooting you’ll feel your nerves start to disappear.

Expect for it to be a relaxed atmosphere, music is a great way to get into your session, I’ll help you with posing and ideas, but if you have seen something in a magazine or article that you think is gorgeous please bring it with you for inspiration or email me prior.

When will my proofs be ready and how many will there be?

Your proofs will be ready to view within 1-2 days of your session. You will be able to view a handful of edited proofs, to give you an idea of what can be done once the photos are retouched. You can expect to see about 50 images to choose from.
